i tried to upgrade from 4.07 to 4.09 ...i get this error

Provided Download ID is not valid for the requested file: com_joomsef3.zip. Please, make sure you are using valid Download ID for this product. (com_joomsef4.zip)

i have entered my download id as provided in the email.

ALSO: I have lost page titles ...only site name shows in browser
