Helo,
i don't know how redirect next urls to frontpage

moved from : index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=55&Itemid=25
moved to url: /

I use Manage 301 redirects but it not working

Hello,

1) if you have the option in JoomSEF configuration (redirect non-sef URLs) set to YES, then you do not need to define such redirect, as it is done automatically by JoomSEF (incl. sending the 301 header)

2) it is not possible to do such redirect using a classic 301 Redirect; (Redirect does not support working with query string in the URL)
you need to define a set of RewriteCond and RewriteRule using [R=301] modyfier to do that. (see Apache mod_rewrite documentation for details)
