There is always the Configuration tab. Both in paid and free versions. Can you please send a screenshot?

Or maybe reinstall the whole component from scratch.

i do not want to reinstall and lose the whole redirects... :(

i have a configuration tab, but there is no possibility to enter a registration/download ID.
