We are trying to get the Menu option to work on our website, but it isn't functioning. The component works overall, but 1 of the menu options does not, not sure why?

4.5.1 for the Joomla SEF
and 3.2.2 for the Joomla platform

Hello. What is the type of menu item? Where it leads? Often empty links in menu item means it leads ho homepage. If not, you can provide us temporary admin credentials so we can check settings on site. You can send them to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
