After i installed joomsef 3 and virtuemart plugin the site is very very slow.

What should I do to become my site faster?

Please help!!!

Hi,

check that you don't have many 404 errors logged in JoomSEF – click the View 404 Logs button on JoomSEF's Control Panel in the Maintenance tab. There you can delete the 404 logs.
You can also try enabling cache in Joomla and JoomSEF. There's currently no other way to make JoomSEF work faster, as for each URL on the page it needs to find the stored SEF URL.
And what do you mean by "very very slow"? We use JoomSEF on our website and I think it runs quite fast. If JoomSEF slows your website really that much, there may be some problem with your server configuration.

How can i stop and control the creation of duplicate urls. This time has 107500 duplicate urls. The site has 2850 products. That must be the problem.
Error 404 has not. The cache is enabled.
Today I change servers and go to hostgator.
