Ok guys, so i'm working on a website which already has installed JoomSEF (4.6.2) on Joomla 3.4.8

The problem i'm experiencing is with the categories urls, namely, i have sub-categories with same names, but under different main categories:

Ohio
--News
--Funding News
--Images
Arizona
--News
--Funding News
--Images

so now when i've added one test article inside the funding news subcategory of ohio, i got the link
funding-news/test.html
so there is no prefix for the state, even thou i've added menu items for each state, and for each category. By my understanding it should create the link in the following format:
oh/funding-news/test.html

i'm using the state prefix so that i can assign different modules inside each states news category, but the way JoomSEF creates the sef urls i'll have to manually edit each of them to add the state prefix.

for the test article the component has created the following:
New SEF URL:funding-news/test.html
Old Non-SEF URL: index.php?option=com_content&catid=279&id=1898&view=article

my question is how can i set it up so that the sef urs created add the main category alias in the url, or if there's any other solution for this please let me know.

thanks
Baze
