My paid version of Artio Joomdoc standard creates folders and maps in my directory but doesn´t show them in the back end of Joomla. Have ypu a solution to this problem?

Hi, according your description is difficult to recognize problem.
Would you place hear some print screens or describe it in more details?

I create a folder and Joomdoc creates the foldern on my server ... but it does not show in the Joomla backend.

But there there is no way to view the files. I have checked all the Persmissions and they are correct.
