For my tests Search - JoomDOC plug-in does'nt work with joomla 2.5 Smart Search component
Enabling it i see many wrong results !!

Is there a fix or new version ?

Hello, JoomDOC3 hasn't plugin for Joomla smart search. Only standard Joomla search. We will implement it for next release. If you have problem with smart search, it's not the fault of JoomDOC3. There is wiki with informations about smart search docs.joomla.org/Smart_Search_quickstart_guide. You probably miss indexing.

but i've found also a problem with JoomDoc internal Search:
i've seen that using some keys, JoomDoc display wrong result

example: go to www.cavinato.com/en/download and use "old style" as keywords , enable Title & Text
click on Submit and you can see some result, one of this is wrong : CLICK & FIX - FOLDER

do you know if is there a workaround ? , i've JoomDoc 3.4.1 Pro

Hello,

you have probably set Type to 'Any word'.

item 'CLICK & FIX - FOLDER' contains word 'old' in fOLDer

If you change Type to 'All words' or 'Exact phrase', it will work well.
