TOPIC: Errors when trying to download docs frontend

Errors when trying to download docs frontend 12 years, 5 months ago #31508

Hi, we purchased Joomdoc Enterprinse (JoomDoc 3) and are so very exiting about this, because we have been looking for a solutions like this. But we have problems getting it to work for us.

The program is installed on a windows server and is a Joomla 1.5.24. We don’t have the JoomSef installed.
We have tried to uninstall and install it again. All write permissions are enabled.

Our main problems are as the following:

1. When uploading a new file to the system we receive this error message:
502 - Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server. There is a problem with the page you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. When the Web server (while acting as a gateway or proxy) contacted the upstream content server, it received an invalid response from the content server.

1.a. The file, however, is uploaded and shown in the system.

2. If we make a “Document list” page and a link directly to the document, it works fine and the file can be downloaded. But if the file is in a folder, these frontend errors appear:

2.a. When clicking the download link:
JFolder::files: Stien er ikke en mappe:
JFile::read: Unable to open file: 'E:\webspace\MitcomRS\tim.Lars\timeplan.dk\www\documents\PipeLine\kunderlistenordsarkxls'
File no available

2.b. When clicking the headline link:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
