TOPIC: Documents older than one year are not opening

Documents older than one year are not opening 9 years, 6 months ago #46532

We are using JoomDoc 3 std open source free edition,

Recently noticed that old documents are not downloadable!

Browser keep loading and loading then we get "Connection reset by peer" error!

So what could be the reason, new documents are fine but documents uploaded older than a year are having this!

Thank you for your valuable response,

When I try to open a new ticket it asked me to purchase the support tickets!

I am using open source edition, that's why I post my issue here..

Hello, the issue happens when you click download document or when you show document list or detail?
