As such there is no link between user groups and categories. example : i have 2 user groups , under graduate and post graduate. i would like to restrict the users from under graduate to view files related to under graduate only. how to do it....?

also the select category drop down list seems to be with huge list. is it possible to have option like auto suggest...?
