Downloading of the tickets is managed by VM. You can set the number of downloads (how many times can the ticket be downloaded) or the time, till when can it be downloaded.

No maybe I didnt explain it properly.
Pretend you are on the download ticket screen. Then close everything and shut off you computer. Maybe go to another computer. No get back to that download screen.

It is impossible unlesss you had printed the ticket and type in the huge URL. Otherwise how can the user get back to the downloads screen.

Basically how can I create a button in their user menu that will take them to the downloads screen or my downloads?
Also I see no option in the back end to even print the ticket for them if they call us wanting it email to them because they lost the printout.

I have it already set to 100 downloads and can download for 365 days.

Hello,

The printing process is largely managed by VirtueMart.
If the customer buy the downloadable product, he received the email with download ids and links, where to download the tickets. So he can open the email everywhere and print the tickets (it's VM process).
The printing screen can be added to the Joomla menu as normal. It's one of the VM views.
If the customer buy the ticket as giftbox, he receives no download id's. You must print it for him and send it via post. The printing button is in the VMeTicket administration -> orders list.
