I attempted to install Book it Pro on a Joomla 2.5 site and received a page with only an output of "Fatal Error on line..."
Sorry I did not copy the error, I panicked and pushed the back button as I thought it took down the entire site. It did not, but it did install a few of the plugins, it did not install the component itself. When I try to reinstall I receive an error stating that it cannot as the com_booking directory is already in use. I manually deleted the directory and tried to reinstall. Same error. At this point I am stuck as to how to resolve?
I have Artio booking free version installed on a J 2.5 on the same server as a test prior to purchase and it worked fine, so I don't think it is a server issue.

You have Book it! 1, but version 1.6.0 is no more compatible with Joomla 2.5. You need Book it! 2 for your use.
So your free version probably work, because it could be version 1.5.9 or you downloaded Book it! 2 free.

I bought version Book it 1 because the version 1 says that it is compatible with 2.5. Version 2 has a warning that it is still in beta.
If version 1 is no longer compatible, can I get version2 without having to pay again? I paid the full 99 euros to avoid problems.

I decided to pay for one hour of support because I don't want to have to get into the database, the site is a new install and it will take too much time if I screw it up. But I do think Artio should give me the download for version 2 then if version 1 is not compatible.
I plan on installing it on my testing server (same server type) while I am working on my client's site.

Yes, it is our mistake. Book it! 2 was in beta version a month ago. And Book it! 1.6.0 was released 1 week ago.
We will try to modify information about these products as soon as possible.

And you don't need to buy support at the moment. I am not sure you already paid it or not, but we will always inform you if paid custom support is necessary.

Ok, thanks. I have not yet paid, but I am not sure how to go about fixing the problem.
Should I just try to install the new zip and see if it works? I looked at the links you provided but the error I got was a fatal error. It partially installed some of the plugins and the db tables are in place. The com_booking directory is in place as well.
