I'm planning to buy the booking component (paid version) in the next weeks.
I want to make sure that I can buy it and install it that there will be no problem because I have still a test URL.

Just to make it clear:

At the moment I have a test URL (subdomain new.mywebsite.com) which looks to folder root\new
The website URL is mywebsite.com and looks to folder root

When I decide to exchange both I will do the following:
I will redirect the domain mywebsite so that it looks to folder root\new
I can create a subdomain old.mywebsite.com that looks to root (if I want to keep the old website)
Theoretically I can delete the subdomain new.mywebsite

There should be no problem if i install booking artio before I redirect the urls, am I right? Or it is advisable that I launch the new website and afterwards I install booking?
I ask this because I've seen that by ordering the product it will be asked about the test url and the website url.

One more question:
How long does it take since I pay and I can download the paid version? how is the procedure?

Hello,

as regards the URLs, it is no problem at all.
You can do it as you described and register new.mywebsite.com as Testing URL and mywebsite.com as Production URL. With the transition process as you described it, there will be no problems at all.


If you choose to pay online (with PayPal) then you get it almost immediately as the payment confirmation is automated. If you choose to pay by bank transfer it may take up to a few days before your payment is received on our account.
