booking layouts are made to load most of styles from your template so it will ideally look like part of your website. But we can not guarantee right design in every template.

I can not read more from image. HTML and CSS is necessary for deeper analysis. At least send me any link here so I can look on this problem.

This Site works with a template from Yootheme named "yoo_vanilla".
I can give you access to the backend of my test-site if you provide me a way to send you a senseful way to send you a Password.

access to backend is not necessary. As I wrote before, there is problem with your template, but you can easily repair it with css only. Just go to your template main css file and add there necessary styles.

You need to modify there parts of design:
1. #bookSetting .info { background:transparent none; border:0 none; }
2. #bookSetting div { margin:0; }
