Does the BOOK IT! PRO support the reservations with different dates / prices in one transaction?

I am completely not sure what are you asking. Please, can you be more specific?
If you need, you can try free version of Book it! It cantains most of features available in pro version. But there are some limitations.

You can specify supplements with price modifications, have more prices for different times, you can book more bookable items in one order etc.

I buy Book It! PRO in the past, and not allowed book diferent days with diferent prices.

We have two version at the moment.
Book it! 1 - actual version 1.5.9
Supported Joomla versions are Joomla! 1.5 and Joomla! 2.5
This should be compatible with your version, but this version is at the end of its life. We plan to release 1.6.0 as last version and there will be only fast fixes.

Book it! 2 - actual version 2.0.2
Supported Joomla versions are Joomla! 2.5 and Joomla! 3.5
If you don't need compatibility with old version and you can start from the beginning, I recommend you this version. But you need at least Joomla 2.5.

Your requested functionality is included in both of them.
