Hi, i have a very important question and help to solve it very soon because its essential to my bookings.

I have for example Birthday party times that can be booked for 120min (2 hours) like 1-3pm 2-4pm 3-5pm.
But when someone books 1-3pm the field 2-4 is also marked booked which is wrong.

Any idea how to solve this,please!

it is not so simple. If I think about it then there will be probably only one possible solution. You have to create 3 reservation types for every selectable time:
1. 1-3pm
2. 2-4pm
3. 3-5pm

but when you book 12-14 the other time slot 13-15 gets booked out the same time

Do you have 1 or 4 reservation types?
If you use 4 (every price setting = different reservation type), it will probably work that way you want.

Ok, i understand what you mean. I have set up 4 different booking types and have pointed every reservation type to 1 booking like 12-2 etc.
Have a look at the screenshots to see what i mean. It didnt really work but not sure because its a bug or just it didnt.


With bug i mean, something weird happened. I have created 4 booking types and when i went to the "Prices" tab to assign every unit to the individual booking types in the field where i select it instead of the name it came up with "Reservation type hourly label" (see screenshot)
I have still assigned every unit to a different type, even though they looked the same. SO not sure if it was because of that or simply doesnt work..if it doesnt work.....im screwed :-)
