Hello,
I set the Notification - Reservation to : admin and customers,

but I got the notification only to the admin email, the customers never gets the email that says the Reservation is completed.

Please help

Hello,
What version do you have?
If you set error reporting to maximum and enable debug mode in joomla administration, does it shows any warnings or errors when email should be send?
