Hi, I want to send a confirmation mail to the customer after the reservation. But it doesn't seem to work.
I've prepared the mail template with the correct marks as you indicated.
I set under Tab Mailing:
E-mail sent to a customer after reservation with the name of the mail template. But after the reservation no mail is sent.

By the way:
For some reason I cannot insert an attachment in this topic. I ignore which could be the problem

Now it works.
I set under tab General => Confirm Reservation to No and now the confirmation mail is sent.

Hello,

You are not first one who is noting about attachements. What browser (+ version) do you use, please?
