Hello. I recently purchased the Booking PAID version (1.4.1) and I think it works well in joomla 2.5.6, but I have a problem with sending email to the administrator or customers when a reservation is produced, and the domain is the same as the domain of the site.

EJ: (in the config, Notification - Reservation)

The site: "the-domain-site.es"

- if the domain in the mail (in the "To e-mail(s)") is the same domain as the web site (email@the-domain-site.es) no email is sent.
- For any email with a different domain ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) mails are sent.

Any idea that I can change to solve this problem? Thank you very much for the support.

Hello, I think it's not problem in Booking. If sender and receiver of an e-mail are the same then this e-mail appears suspect and some post servers can thrown it into spam. Try ask your web-hosting administrators.

Thank you very much for the reply. I believe I´ve been confused in the example. Actually only there is a mail with the same domain of the site (one of 2 administrators), and is in the config "To e-mail(s)". And if I try to make a reservation as a user with any mail, only the mail of confirmation comes to "admin2@any-domain" but not to "admin1@site-domain"

Hello, I have already tested it with two e-mails and for me it works.

I have only one idea:

Booking uses e-mail from Joomla config as sender.
It means that e-mail has the same receiver and sender e-mail (admin1@site-domain).
Such e-mail can be suspect for POST server and they can throw it into SPAM.

Hello and thanks Jitr. Are you saying you tested with 2 email and works? And how is that you have 2 mails with the domain of my site? JaJaJa. No no no, the problem is only with the domain of the site. This is not spam.

I'll give an example to be more clear clear...

RESULT: The confirmation email is NOT sent

This is very rare. I have no idea that thing to check.

If I test here verify-email.org/ it shows me that perengano@site-domain.es doesn't exists.
