Tried upgrading to 1.2.17, first in the back-end, then by uninstalled Booking and reinstalled it by downloading a new zip file from my Artio account. The outcome was the same. The detail page loads, which is progress, but the calendar is limited to what you can see on the attachment, all calendars, and no booking possible.
When I uninstalled there was an error message, attachment 2.
Note: The dtabases where not deleted, let me know if you think a total refreshment is needed, and I will involve the hosting server.
