Dear Support,

After upgrading to version 2.2.4 all the labels in the backend are very strange.

For example:

CONTROL_PANEL
BOOKABLE_ITEMS

None of the labels throughout the whole component look correct. As a result of this the configuration is very difficult to understand!

See screen shots of the main control panel and the configuration screen, it's very messy because of this problem.

Has anyone experienced this issue or have any idea how to fix it?

Any help or guidance would be most appreciated.

just like to add I tried attaching a PDF containing the screen shots with the latest version of Firefox and it didn't work.

please check your default language in backend. You have to set English as default.

The default language in Joomla language manager is set to English (United Kingdom).

Are you referring to the default language of Artio Booking Engine? If so, please specify the exact sets required to adjust the language within the component. I have gone through the configuration options and I can't find any mention of setting the default language.

Any advice or guidance is much appreciated.

I think default language in Joomla.
In that case please check if you have following files in Joomla:
administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_booking.ini
administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_booking.common.ini

I can confirm that the files you mentioned are present.

en-GB.com_booking.common.ini - 9.72KB
en-GB.com_booking.ini - 82.81KB
