I make tests on these products and I have a probleme in front end.

When I'm on an object, I couldn't select dates in calendar and couldn't write dates in field Arrival/Departure

What's wrong?

You must be logged in front end for booking. If you are logged, you must be also "customer" (fill address in form), then you can book.

You can also set: Configuration -> tab Main -> option Reservation Permission -> Unregistered.
After that you will be able to select dates on calendar even if you are not registered customer.

If you will be not able to select dates, then check javascript errors on that page.

I've got the same issue and it doesn't matter if I am using registered or unregistered user.
How can I check javascript errors?

Probably all modern browsers have development toolkit today what can say you if there is any error. But if you are not familiar with this, send me link to your site.
If it will be problem of jquery x mootools, you can try JQuery Easy. It is non-commercial plugin for Joomla 2.5 / 3.0 and should be able to solve problem with jquery and mootools conflict.
