Dear Sir/Madam

Ok after installing and setting up the component the only problem i seem to have is with the customer module, the view reservations link takes internet explorer to a " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage " page and in google chrome it shows up with the error....

This webpage has a redirect loop The webpage at www.svth.co.uk/index.php?option=com_book...ons&layout=admin has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I have tried disabling seo and changing the .htaccess back to htaccess.txt, this makes no diference at all

Every other part of the component/module works fine, also this is on our own dedicated server and every other site on it works fine

any help would be greatly appreciated

Ok forget this, i have just installed a fresh joomla o/s and installed the component/module to the site, it works perfectly. So knowing this i have removed all files/folders from our production site and tables from the database, re-installed the product and it's all working fine now, all i have to do now is re input all the vehicles.

i got the answer... make sure admin is not a customer. delete admin from customer list. yeah solve
