E-shop customers can create their own account, place an order and follow the order on-line. The site is using ordering and invoicing system and on-line payment.
Although the website is available in czech language only, Magento Open Source eCommerce uses multi-lingual system.
E-shop implementation lasted four weeks. E-shop was developed in Magento Open Source eCommerce. The graphic design created by ARTIO can be whenever changed by customer. To make it easy for customer, we exported items from the old e-shop to the new one. After the e-shop implementation the customer training was divided itno several sessions and e-shop was forwarded to customer. ARTIO is still responsible for PPC campaign management.
