Please look at www.xgadget.nl. As you can see the domain name is published twice in the header. How can i fix this??

Please help me. I got my domain name twice in the title. I dont want to remove the domain name in General Settings because of system e-mails. So i want to remove the first domainname that is created by Joomsef.
