I paid for this product, spent a lot for a companion program that I cannot use due to the issue, and I really need assistance with this.

Another site doesn't use community builder and the plugin works fine. Also, the working site uses a slightly earlier version of VM ( VirtueMart 1.0.12).

Is CB or VM causing the strange urls or could this be a simple configuration issue?

I recently purchased the ARTIO JoomSEF plugin for VirtueMart. My site uses community builder. Another site works great with the plugin and it does not use community builder. If this is really causing the conflict I would just drop VirtueMart and go with PayPal's 'pay now' code snippets but I've already purchased an expensive affiliate feature for my VirtueMart component.

This is ARTIO JoomSEF 2.2.6 with ARTIO VirtueMart Patch 1.0.0 on Joomla 1.0.15 with VirtueMart 1.0.14

Here's the url problem I'm getting:

After skipping VirtueMart in configuration, I can navigate an order through until the checkout button. Clicking the checkout button takes me to a borderless white screen with several cb registration options, irrelevant settings, and customer information fields. This also has a screwy-looking url:

Is there an easy fix for these problems?

I need help getting the extension I ordered.

A few days ago, I purchased your VirtueMart extension through PayPal and can't access the download. I've tried the 4-digit order number, the order id, and transaction id with no success. (This could be a goof on my part or a delay because of it being a PayPal order.)
