Thank you very much. 00029239 00029238 are reflected as cancelled when it was not. I withdrew the PayPal and released payment. After all, digital downloads, as we know, aren't covered by PayPal - even if I wanted to - I'd lose. I knew that going into it.

My only complaint is that the error is so obvious and so new to my buying the product that charging seemed crazy. Perhaps an ability to change the tld 2 times would solve the issue I had and maybe solve future issues.
