we went to the page for buying SOBI2 JoomSEF 3 Extension, but on check out we didn't find Serbia in your country drop down menu inside the bil to information.

Is there anyway you can fix this since we are from Serbia and we want to buy this extension?

When i tried enabling Apache mod_rewrite Error writing config message appeared.

I tried changing permissions to 777 on Joomla configuration file, but that didn't make any difference

Any clues about this? :)

after one week i finally got time to try again this. I have changed permissions on some folders to writable.

Installed Artio 3.5.5 again and now it seems that i works.

We have also installed SOBI2 component on our website. Does ARTIO by default make SEF links inside SOBI2?

When i click on manage extensions it says SOBI2, compatibility paid and installation Get extension. I suppose that this means that we have to by extension so that Artio can make SOBI2 SEF links right?

One more question is does Apache mod_rewrite has to be enabled or not?

Hello everybody,

i have a few urgent problems since i'm finishing a website and wanted to install new joomsef.

The problems:

1. when install finishes it gives me this message "WARNING_PLUGIN_NOT_INSTALLED:"my root folders which i can't write here/administrator/components/com_sef/plugin/", but at the same time it says "Install Component Success"

2. it asks me to copy sef_ext.php to libraries/joomla/installer/adapters which i did

3. I have made .htaccess file and added content which is writen in installation doc

4. enabled sef in joomla config and enabled in artio, but my Apache mod_rewrite and JoomSEF plugin are disabled. I have clicked on enable next to plugin but it didn't enable it, it did nothing

It does not make any url, my manage url's is completely empty.

Does anybody know how to solve this and to how to make it work?

Hey man, i've tried purge and clean cache and it fixed it. Thank you very much, i hope that it will stay like this.

Can you explain to me, if you have some time, why this Itemid problem came up?

thanks for your reply. I tried to combine these settings from FAQ and of course ignore multiple sources is on by the default, but didn't solve the problem.

I will try this advice of yours to purge URL's and clean cache. What will purge exactly do? It would be bad to make things worse than it's now.

Hello everybody,

i have a problem with a web site which i am working on. JoomlaSEF was installed during the site creation.

Yesterday i've added new category and new section with content item, in other words i have created new page. But when i wanted to add already installed modules on that page it didn't want to show them.

Then i went back to old pages and some of the modules are not showing like 2 days ago. For example mod_mainmenu which is on the right side or some custom menu. But on a few pages all modules are showing and on the rest of them these 2 are not showing.

When i turned off JoomlaSEF everything was working fine, like few days ago. I have read JoomlaSEF FAQ and JoomlaSEF documentation. There was advice about situation in which modules are not showing (turning on Exclude source info, Reappend source info, Ignore multiple sources). But changing this didn't help, only made it worse, fortunately i made backup of my database.

Can anybody help me with this? And tell me what to do so that modules will show again and joomla will let me make pages normaly?

This is urgent so if anybody can reply fast i would be very grateful.
