I can't save the invoice E-mail as well, how do i solve this?

Joomla 2.5.8

I use VM invoice 2.0.24
Jomla version 2.5.4

The pdf is attached to the shopper mail, it's only the shopkeeper who doesn't get the pdf.

okay, where could that problem be?

The shopkeeper get the order mail from the system, however there are no pdf in that mail.

We are currently considering using this programme for a webshop without payment, where our customer needs to send a PDF to both our customer (the shop) and the buyers.

Is it possible to send the same PDF to both the shop and the customer of the shop?
Is it possible to have product photos in the pdf?
