PROBLEM SOLVED !

I emailed artio direct and they sent me a new zip file which worked just fine.

Great support from their team - THANKS

I think they have now placed this new zip on their website so perhaps download it again and give it a try

On my Mac yes no problem at all unzipping and I can see the files and to me nothing looks to be wrong, other than the fact it won't install :)

Ah, sorry. I have actually tried this on both a Mac (Snow Leopard) and Windows XP. With windows I could not unpack the zip file (even when I ran the unblock command in properties) however, on the Mac I was able to unpack the zip file. I then re-zipped it so had two versions of the zip - neither worked with I tried to install. I was able to copy the files to a temp folder on the server but same negative result.

I have the same problem - I have tried installing both using the component installer and also by copying the zip file to a temp directory on my server and installing from there.

I think the problem might lie with the zip file itself - I CANNOT EXTRACT IT on my computer. I have tried unblocking the zip file but no difference. If I try to extract the zip I just get an empty fo;der, although the file size shows 2.2 MB

I have tried downloading it several times and also on two different computers but to no avail.

Maybe the zip file on the artio website is corrupt ???

Has anyone else had this problem ??
