Thanks dajo. Yes problem was with the headers.Actually one of the file contained one extra space after "?>"(php end tag) and because of that headers was not sent properly. I removed the space and it worked.Though thanks for your help.

I have installed joomsef version 3.9.9 with the Joomla 1.5.25. After setting joomsef up some of the images on Moset Tree directory stops working. Here are the details.
Moset Tree Extension version : 2.1.12
Joomsef extension for moset tree : 2.0.3
Moset tree extension is using a script to render the files attached/uploaded for particular business.I checked the script in detail and what it does is reading a file from the given path and echoing it with the correct headers and content type.So if image file is set for that business then it is rendering it as an image. Things are working fine when I disable the jomsef. But not working when Joomsef is enabled. I am getting binary data instead of image.I have attached screen shot.
Is there any extra configuration in moset tree to set for getting images/file working this way?

I have installed joomsef version 3.9.9 with the Joomla 1.5.25. Now I want to set https for some of the section of my site while wanting rest of all on http.I am setting rules in .htaccess file but not getting output as expected. I am checking REQUEST_URI of the SEF urls but always getting index.php as URI.
Here is my htaccess code.

RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/(events)$ RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !ON RewriteRule (.*) https://%{REQUEST_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}/$1 [L,R=301]
Need to know why its returning index.php instead of SEF URL (in this case /events). Is it because I configured joomsef for SEF system?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks dajo.It really helped.
Problem was with the router file of one of the extension which created errors. I found the errors when I enabled error reporting. And fixing errors and then cleaning cache solved the problem.
Thanks a lot.

I have installed Joomsef 3 component with Jomsocial (2.1.16) extension. After installation I found 2 problems.
1)when I checked the front end jomsocial link it showed me blank page first time and when I tried refreshing page 2 to 3 times then it starts loading.I found this problem with other jomsocial pages and with other extensions (k2 and moset tree) as well. any idea?
2) After login when i checked the profile links(e.g my profile , photos , videos etc) it shows profile navaigation links with blank page.
I checked all the configuration and everything seems fine.I also re installed the component and extension but same result.Does anyone know what could be the problem? or any solution?
site is based on joomla 1.5 platform and previously configured with sh404sef component. can this be a problem?
Thanks in advance.
