I have the following problem. In the footer bar of my website there is is "Top" link to goto the top of the current page. If i click the Top button I noticed that "#Top" (without quotes) is being placed at the end of the URL.
If SEF is ON this button does NOT work properly. If SEF is OFF this button does work properly.

My questions are:
- Is this known issue of JoomSEF?
- How can I prevent SEF on an URL ending with: "#Top" ?????
