I was trying to upgrade my Joomsef on my website, when suddenly I had the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'JInstallerSef_Ext' not found in /web/htdocs/www.poranobenecomune.it/home/plugins/system/joomsef/joomsef.php on line 155

this error is on the back-end.

On the front-end I have the following error:

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /web/htdocs/www.poranobenecomune.it/home/libraries/j...plication/router.php on line 167

I use Joomla 2.5.8. Could you please help me?

Hello, I've just bought AcyMailing Essential for may multinlanguage site. Installed and configured. When I try to configure Cron Task I have the following message (see attached file umbriahomelidays-problem.jpg).

When I click on the read in your browser message I'm redirected to the following page:

www.umbriahomelidays.it/component/acymai...87f/acm-1_11/lang-it

having the error message: Errore 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS)

The AcyMailing Support system advised me to exclude AcyMailing from Artio Joomsef. The only problem is that I have no idea how to do this.

I have a multilingual website.

In the attachment I send my Joomsef configuration for better comprehension.

What do I have to do?

Hello, I've just bought Joomsef VIP edition (I'm using it on ohther website too, without any problem). Now my site is a multilingual site and my problem is: after changing SEF URLs, saving them and typing the new Custom redirects in my browser, I'm always redirected to the old NON custom redirects address... Am I missing some passages???

Can you please help me?

some days ago I was able to generate a sitemap. Since 2-3 days when I try to re-generate my sitemap I'm always redirected to the panel control of Joomla 2.5.4

I have ARTIO JoomSEF 4.2.6. License: Combined license

I don't understand the reason.

I actually use Joomsef paid version on Joomla 2.5.4. I can't find the way to create a link to my sitemap.xml file.

What exactly do I have to do? I'd like to insert a link in a menu (lnx.guideviaggi.net) on the right top Mappa del sito, but I have no idea how to do it.

I tried the following esternal url link in menu, sitemap.xml and I see the following error:

The specified XML file apparently does not have an associated style sheet. The document tree is shown below.

What di I have to do?
