I need some help to rewrite this URL

This is an item that load a module inside, this module has his own pagination, this is indicated in the URL

This is the normal view
index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=122&Itemid=65&lang=en

But inside this item has dynamic varible like this
index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=122&Itemid=65&lang=en&limitstart=3 (this load the same item but with different module data)

this limitstart is dinamic.

When I eneable JoomSEF this generate a URL like this
/pagename&limitstart=3
but this doesn´t work :(

I check on the Manage SEF URLs and this is not present

Is possible to configure JoomSEF to generate one URL for each link like:
/pagename1
/pagename2
/pagename3
