The problem with not submitting the form was solved by AceSEF group. It was a but in ZOO component...
OPEN
components/com_zoo/partials/_submission.php
FIND
REPLACE
JRoute::_(JFactory::getURI()->toString())
I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed with support here... No reply for a week and a half(not even We are looking at the problem).

Also, the current solution doesn't work correctly, when I make an error in form(like not filling a required field). It does not return me to the form, instead it goes to another form...
It's the same, when I make a new submission, it does not load the same empty form but instead, forwards to the different form.

Solved problem with manually editing SEF urls, which is OK for now...
On the other hand, everytime I submit a new submission, I get a new URL in the database:
submission index.php?option=com_zoo&layout=submission&submission_hash=8efd2aa5ddb68745e1788afdc093b088&submission_id=1&type_id=rastlina&view=submission&Itemid=115
submission index.php?option=com_zoo&layout=submission&submission_hash=7a595ad39a88efea5cf1802bd196f2c8&submission_id=1&type_id=riba&view=submission&Itemid=114
Since I have quite some submissions daily, this could lead to buildup of links, that are used only one when submitting the form...
