bought the SEO and VM package, order 10196. Please help!

Works fine except that links from menu to categories still are the old like this:
www.prylfabriken.se/?option=com_virtuema...temid=1&TreeId=2

BUT on the product they are like this:
www.prylfabriken.se/start/roliga-prylar/magnetkub-216-magneter

So it is all menu items under "Handla" on www.prylfabriken.se and these menu items are created by VM it self.

Tried to understand what url the created sitemap has - can´t find it in admin.
I´ve used another sitemap before and want to update google account etc with a new one with right urls..
