Hi,
I do hang on, because I have the same problem. I like that you take a look ad backend of VM.
I show the same order 1 in VM backend and 2 in VM Invoice but first of all everything is standard.
• Nothing is changed in the VM Invoice template.
• Prices are consumer prices inclusive tax Dutch Low.
• VirtueMart 2 Multi prices system configuration.

1 As you can see subtotal is 58.88
2 in VM Invoice subtotal is subtotal with discount
3 configuration
4 correct VirtueMart invoice

When I activate the recalculation on this correct VM order the prices are changing. And the totals are not the total as showed on image 2 anymore.

I do not know why but i can not attache any file
