The Problem of the Urls is the Cache On , Bug of the Joomla when Cache on and mod_Rewrite On

Appear in menus and modules Top Channels, and Footer Modules ,
I installed this plugin "SEO Canonicalisation Plugin" and url´s works nice with the core Sef , but not with the JoomSef

Now also happens with core SEF !!

My urls appears like www.hdtvtuga.com/index.php/Table/en/pt/m...ur-details/en/music/ ,if I clear the cache and purge url´s does well again, but after some time appears again

Any Idea ?

work using JoomSEF Basic rewrite handler for it.

I installed Joomsef 3.6.4 and some components are in Default Joomla Router! but does not work properly: :
