I whish Artio would close my ticket (and topic on the support forum) after checking out our issue with VMinvoice not before.

I forgot to say that the component works on a copy of the production website that's running on another server. It's an exact copy with the same plugins and configuration (but the SEO which shouldn't impact here on backend I believe). Respective PHP versions are: 5.4.30 (production) and 5.4.11 (dev).
Really dunno where to look. Apache logs? please say.

Now ARTIO Support does not want to care for even one on the three tickets that were supposedly included as we purchased your product?
I see nowhere we need to be NN with an identical issue for ARTIO to give support. Please do your job.

PS: Support asked me to activate error_reporting upon reporting the issue (i.e. no PDF, no error displayed (1st mesage)... Then asked to deactivate it on the server as error_reporting might "cause the issue".

Deactivated error_reporting on the server according to the manual. Situation's the same with no PDF generated.


Could you please elaborate? No messages were displayed before activating Error Reporting as suggested.

ps : I assure you that passing over the vm invoices' related Apache logs to you does not mean I'm asking the meaning of Apache status Codes. e.g. I should have reported the Apache log straight rather than "what does the 304 means ? (folloowed by the vminvoice&controller related Apache log)". May have misguided you on my motivation.

OK. Deactivating error_reporting will be effective tomorrow (if god wils). So to check.

Got other access_logs, similar but the codes: 301 and 200.

Page's empty but not white: Attached a screenshot of the empty Administration page we get when clicking on the PDF icon to display an invoice: that is without gzip, Joomla Debug on Maximum & VM Debug: ON
Looks there's only Strict Standards warning.

Clicking on the PDF icon to display an invoice open an error message in new browser window. Same for the batch downloading. Here it is (translated from my browser language the best I could):

Deactivating GZip, and the same actions open no error but an _empty_ Administration page.

Your help would be much appreciated.
