I have the latest versions of both and keep getting 404 errors when trying to access phil Taylors Phil-A-Form pages.

In the Artio SEF config. I have tried \"skip\" and \"no cache\" for these pages and I still get the SEF url e.g. \"/contactus.html.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
