I get a error when using the virtuemart extension:

I've got a problem with JoomSEF. I've upgraded my installation to version 1.4.0 and now Google has problems detecting my homepage. I've checked the results of the homepage with validator.w3.org/ and they allso can not find it. It keep giving the 404 error. When I shutdown JoomSEF there is no problem.

Can someone help me please?
