The instructions say:
In order to install a JoomSEF extension, go to Components -> JoomSEF and click the Install button in the toolbar. At the following page, use the Install SEF Extension form to install new extension from the package.
1. There is no install button in the tool bar. There is an upgrade button - when I try using that page, I get:
Cannot upgrade.
Either your JoomSEF version is up to date or its upgrade is no longer supported
Am I doing something wrong? If so.. please tell me.
2. Thank you for letting me know there is a new MyBlog extension. If you noticed from my earlier posts and emails to support, I had mentioned also that even though this JoomSEF - Extensions Management page shows that this extension is paid and gives a button to "Get Extension" This button merely takes me to your shop. One would assume that this is not where it is supposed to go.. I would have guessed it would download an update to the extension.
The bottom line is... you will need to tell me how I get the new extension - there isnt any apparant way that Im seeing to do so. Perhaps I'm missing it. Help please....

Out of frustration, I have tried installing it in the JoomSEF upgrade manager as well as Joomlas extension manager. Neither work... the first gives the message I told you about before, the second errors out.
Are there installation instructions for this JoomSEF add-on? Are neither of those installation areas correct?

Am I in the wrong place to be getting support for a new purchase? Five days seems like a long time to wait for an answer when I just bought the product....so this must not be the right place. Can someone direct me? Is there a new purchase help area?

Hi again....
OK... I moved the site off the staging and into production. JoomSEF updated perfectly from your server. However... the myBlog component (which shows as being "PAID") and now gives me a button to "Get Extension" in the area marked "Components without SEF Extension installed" I press the button and it takes me to your store where I bought it in the first place.. but nothing installs and nothing else happens. Am I doing something wrong?
Obviously we are connecting to your update server since the primary component (JoomSEF) updates fine.
I also tried reinstalling the MyBolg extension again from my local machine (the one I bought a week ago from your store) after updating JoomSEF... same message - Either your JoomSEF version is up to date or its upgrade is no longer supported""
I would like to get this fixed - especially now since I took the site live. The pleasure of a quick response from you on what to do to fix this would be appreciated.

Hi... I still have the question. Since I just downloaded this add on - why is it giving me the above message when I try to install it? I understand if it was coming from your upgrade server it might give that message - but I got it trying to load one of your add ons to JoomSEF locally. What do I need to do to be able to install this please?

But in this case, I just bought the Myblog extension from your store and tried to install it locally from my hard drive. That was the message it gave me when I tried and it wouldn't install. I wasn't trying to update Joomsef... just install the add on.

We have the exact same problem. Has anyone gotten an update on a fix for this?
I just now sent an email to their support and pointed out that we aren't the only ones having this issue.
