I am afraid to do anything else without controliing the consequences...

l really need help. My website is down for internal server error ! l tried to read how to install but it was too long ! l did not think the component would break my website !!!!!!!!!!!
so l have tried to do something l imagine crazy : l have deleted the components forlder com_sef (both in the administrator folder and the main one).
How can l do to recover my website since l have no backup.
