Jan/David, could you help with this? We have set the plugin order correctly - Joomsef and SystemSEF first while System-cache at the end. Also disabled Jfinalizer and CSSJssCompress system plugins. Cache disabled for main menu as well.

We are also seeing a similar problem, when we clean the Joomla system cache, it's ok for sometime then the URLs all get messed up for all the Menu links. We upgraded to the latest version today and we see more of this problem. The timeout value for cache in Joomla global configuration was set to be 1 day. We have also disabled cache for all Menus. What could be the issue?

Could anyone help with this issue? We have joomsef extensions for K2 and virtuemart
