I am trying to make all urls generated under my video component to permanently have itemID: 155. Right now, it keeps setting some to 155 and others to 148. How can I do this please.

Joomsef generates over 30,000 urls in my database in only 10 minutes and that causes a high server load. I have enabled cache but still to no avail. If I purge the urls, the load stabilizes and my sites start working fine. Please what can i do?

Is there a cron to purge URLs every 10 mins?
