Ostrava, 23.7.2010 - During the last two weeks, we have released several significant JoomSEF related updates. All new, comprehensive JoomSEF documentation and user manual, minor release JoomSEF 3.6.6 and several SEO extensions updates.
What is JoomSEF?
JoomSEF is SEO component for Joomla! CMS. Its primary function is to convert most of the Joomla URLs into SEF format. On contrary to Joomla built-in SEO capabilities, JoomSEF URLs appearance can be customized. SEF - search engine friendly format means the URLs are better readable and understandable for humans a better rated by search engines. JoomSEF also helps to manage meta data for all the site pages - even those that do not support metas by its design, create sitemaps, protect Joomla site from URL injection attacks, etc.
