URL generation: category-alias + selected-layout 11 years, 9 months ago #35939

Hi,
I am currently lost in the configuration of JoomSEF 4 (payed version but not linked to my account :-().

I would like to have something like page.domain/category-alias landing at the category description. page.domain/category-alias/sub-category-alias landing at the sub-category description.

Currently, I am receiving page.domain/category-alias/blog (→ I have Category blog layout selected for the menu item).

Which configuration setting can I make for archiving this?

Hi,

From JoomSEF's Manage Extensions page open the Content extension parameters and set:
Add categories to URL: All categories
Add layout to URL: Never
