I mistakenly entered ukidney.coN as opposed to .coM when renewing my component. Are you able to correct this on your end so I can continue to use it?

Hello,
I have this precise problem with 3.5.4, multiple wrapper URL are going to the same wrapper URL.
I can confirm I have these settings:
Ignore multiple sources = No
Itemid handling = Override
Override Itemid = (leave blank)
I have reinstalled JoomSEF from the upgrade server with no effect.
I have had to disable JoomSEF for wrappers. Please assist.

I had the same problem aroubini.
I solved it by:
1. Take your site offline
2. Redownload the component from Artio
3. Install using the upgrade from file box in JoomSef backend
4. Purge URL, delete JoomSef cache AND Joomla cache.
5. Voila
Worked for me.

As seen here:

The voting does not work. The only way to get voting to function is to disable Joomsef and use Joomla SEF without URL suffix enabled. Even with no URL suffix on Joomsef set in the configuration, this does not work

UPDATE:
The download ID is correct in the URL but not in the download ID box. So I manually paste and it works.
As for extension update, I added download ID to the extension in my Artio Config and it doesn't seem to register and the only extension that appears in the 'Upgrade' screen is the free Kunena extension.

The links now work, except every file that i try to download is the Joomsef component. I cannot re-download any extensions even though the link properly takes me to an extension's order history

Hello,
Order #5089
I am moving servers. On new server, I can install Artio using Joomal install but when trying to upgrade Artio via the Joomsef control panel, I get this error:
* Unable to write uploaded file to temp directory. Unable to find install package
Using artio 3.2.4 on Joomla 1.5.12
Also, my setting for allow_url_fopen is 'ON'

Hello,
I am a registered, licensed subscriber of your excellent component. I had to re-install 3.2.9 as per your instructions due to a problem with the upgrade package to 3.2.9. I logged in to Artio site and downloaded 3.2.9. Only now, I get the Artio links. I have downgraded to my purchased version of 3.2, but now I cannot upgrade directly from the site as I think I am too many versions behind (3.2.0)
Please assist.
