Dear Artio representatives,
I encountered the following problem with my ARTIO VM eTicket extension. I created a business menu with itemid 242 (different from the homepage menu) for the back-end navigation features tickets, sell tickets, orders and validating (see attachment 1).
Attachment 1:
When I click on a ticket for selling purposes inside the sell tickets menu, I'm somehow taken back to a page with the default homepage menu (see attachment 2 & 3).

How can I fix this problem? I already entered all the item id's to ignore into the JoomSEF parameters tab for ARTIO VM eTicket

Question:
How do I modify the category browse page? I want to delete the display of: "Call for Pricing" and
"Stock Supply: xx"
It's confusing since the price is already shown on top and I don't wish to show the stock supply to the costumer.

Hello,
The upgrade feature of my E2 version is not working.
It says: "Could not retrieve registration information."
I already entered my registration settings and download id in the settings tab

I think I have the problem solved now. How is the documentation coming along? The process seems to work fine except I don't get no visual feedback when I try to check out a item from the web shop. Normally after checking out an item the page would redirect me to the shopping cart.

Okay thanks,
I'm looking forward to the documentation since I'm struggling with the attributes (in particular the seat selection feature).
Also I have an error when checking out an ticket item from the web shop, it then says "Sorry, but the Product you've requested wasn't found!" When I manually got to my shopping cart though, I'm able to continue the checkout process and finish the purchase.
And idea how this is caused?
